Chinese characters garbled after transfer

    I transferred from WordPress.com to www.ads-software.com, and the hosting is Siteground.
    When I transfer the past, I will get stuck in the importing page.
    But after F5, things will all move, but they will be garbled.
    The custom location, the layout is not the same, and then the Chinese characters are all become question marks.
    How can I solve it?

    Hi

    You need to make sure that database on destination site is UTF8 charset. You can check that via PHPMyAdmin in your hosting control panel and then re-import the file.
