Chinese version fo wordpress

Hello! I have a quastion I would like to set up the web site in China in Chinese server for Chinese people, I have a hosting in China and I’m waiting for ICP number, but do you think for Chinese SEO(baidu) the better is install the Chinese version of WordPress and Chinese Themens or it doesn’t matter ? I think the english version is enough. Thanks a lot!
