    Hi,

    Website is https://www.veenanankani.com.

I have installed your plugin but it is not working properly. I have seen your message at the top of my wordpress back-end management to do the following:

Execute the following command via SSH:
    chmod 777 /home4/tramup2k/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-mobile-detector/cache/

I have no idea where exactly I’m meant to input this information. I know nothing about programming. Please make this fool-proof for me. Tell me step by step exactly how to do this execution.

    Thanks for your time,

Connect via FTP to your site, navigate to this folder
    “wp-content/plugins/wp-mobile-detector/”.

You’ll see a “cache” folder. Right click and there should be an option to
set the permissions for the folder. You’ll want to enter 777 and then click
    apply.

The actual steps may vary depending on the FTP program, but those should be
    pretty close.
