Choice + Ad Inserter Setup & Support

Good morning @rbaronqc, I needed to ask you if we are missing something, all our websites dropped from the Adsense Daily report list (this is great), but we keep getting just ONE error: Unknown error 1.1 40 errors

And Google says about this error:

No grace period, ads not served
These errors always result in dropped and unfilled ad requests and they do not receive a grace period. They always take precedence over other types of errors, even if a given request has multiple errors.

Error: 1.1

Description: Google, as a vendor, is not allowed under consent or legitimate interest.

Suggested action to take: Confirm whether the user intentionally rejected Google as a vendor, CMP implementation errors have occurred, or there are publisher restrictions.

Maybe this is the problem, have you any possible idea where this error comes from?

Unknown domain – A small percentage of such requests is normal, as some users can access the site’s content from caches of 3rd party web services.

Hi @cvrle77, thanks for the info! As I can underestando you mean from website plugins? I mean, web site’s content 3rd party services? As we don’t have cache plugins anabled. I am probably wrong, maybe confused, although the important part that they are small common mistakes I understood: D Thanks again for taking your time to to have explained this to me!

Now, we start with AD INSERTER PRO plugin (why PRO=Paid), because in the Free version that its great too, doesn′t have AUTOREFRESH after accepting Quantcast terms, so your Adsense ads won’t show until visitor refreshes the page, so you loose returns.

1. When you have Ad Inserter Pro Plugin, go to Ad Inserter Pro > General Settings (a blue round wheel on the top right): https://prntscr.com/uc25ah (and here you have the GENERAL config options you have to place). Nothing else.
2. Now adding a block (adsense code): https://imgur.com/EKWquNd, and you have to include this code where I marked you and tick the OK next to it.

That is all we made, hope helps you to resolve problems or others that need it ??

Cached or 3rd party web services would be something like web.archive.org, cachedview.com, probably some spam websites, which put your website in iframe, etc.. Unknown domain, probably because that domain doesn’t have your ads.txt.

Now, I was thinking… if we don’t know which sites have this or do this like spam using iframes, etc…. Why is google saying: “No grace period, ads not served”, so punishes us about something that we have no control over it :S

If you don’t know which site, it means it’s not your website, and it’s irrelevant. You didn’t make any money from it anyway, because they didn’t had ads.txt, it wasn’t included in your Adsense account. You aren’t being punished for unknown domain.

Hi to all, today at the daily Excel Adsense report, they have included all our domains again ??

If you remmember we had only left the ‘unknown’ as unique error since about a week ago, but today all other domains where included once more.

This did happend to someone else? Thanks.

I just looked it up and the errors are back. A lot less but they are back.

I’m not worried anymore, the problem is with google and not with us. They have to get the problem fixed.

My 2.1a error is still popping up but tbe last time detected is from 26/8 and it’s a low number. It has not updated since then.

Our ones dissapeared on 3rd of September (list empty) minus the 1.1 “unknown” error that kept up on the list as unique error pending, but today 9th sep. all errors came back from 3rd and 4th of september. Will see if is an Adsense problem… because i’s terrifying to think about the possibility of losing all accounts in Adsense, not having exact knowledge of what may be happening :S

I had decrease in all errors, and today I got new ones on only one of my domains

Previously showing no 2.1a errors, nothing changed in setup. Not even using Google Tags.
Only thing that has gtag is Google Analytics, which is loaded through Ad Blocker Pro, only when user gives his consent. Because it’s set up that way, I managed to get 0 2.1a errors, but now they popped up again, while this same config works on my other domain, and no errors.

@ibiza69 : My errors have freezed at a point with last detected date as 26th August and havent changed for the past 1 week.Don’t know what to do….
Are the errors in your report updating daily?
