Choose an option is showing random letters and numbers

Choose an option is showing random letters and numbers instead of “Choose an option”, and when I select those random letters and numbers it works. But that is not good, I can not expect customers to click on random letters and numbers on the sticky cart.

How can I resolve this issue?
