Greetings, there is this error message on the upper left hand corner of my site on all pages except for the “Our Adventures” Tab in the Nav bar.

I have been unsuccessful at identifying the source of it.

A kind soul reached out to me and said that the code that is creating the error is:

    ‘<form method=”POST” action=”” enctype=”multipart/form-data”><input type=”file” name=”image”><input type=”Submit” name=”Submit” value=”Submit”></form>’

I haven’t the slightest clue where to find and remove this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Katie O’Grady @ Los O’Gradys in Mexico

  • This is not an error message, this is a form and any visitor of your website can upload files using this form into your root folder.
Try to scan your website for malware and security issues asap as it looks like you may got hacked.

forgot to mention you need to remove this form as soon as possible.

Had my hosting company look into for me and I received this message from them:
