"Choose Image" Button does not work – Image for User/Author

When adding a user, an author on our site, the “choose image” button does not work. I can click on the button, and it indents, but nothing pops up. This is a new issue, as I was able to add profile pics for the author’s box originally.

I’ve tried different browsers, a whole different editor login, going on a terminal server, and three different laptops.

A colleague tried logging in with my username and password, and was able to upload the avatar image through my username. Very odd!

The WP User Avatar plugin is active and updated.

I am still able to upload images into the media library and insert them into the article when adding images to a new post.

Any help as to solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
