Choose order type not always working

  • Hi !
    While configuring order choose order type (In order type settings) is ok.
    However, sometime, users can’t choose “the delivery option” within the dropdown menu. The only solution i found: They have to choose first the “self pickup option” and then (it seems that this operation “activate” the choices inside the menu ?!!) they can choose the “delivery option”. Is this some kind of bug ?, or did i fogot someting ?

    Add a product to the basket, then validate order. You would see the the delivery option field on the order page.

    Hello,
    Any news about this problem ?, some clients are calling me to tell they can’nt choose delivery option…I told them to choose first Pickup, then they will be able to choose delivery..but it is not a solution as I think I loos clients who think they can’t order the delivery option…any help please ?
