Choose the offset of the floating bar from the top of the page

In the changelog for v5.2.5 – 19/04/2012 it says “New: Choose the offset of the floating bar from the top of the page.”

Did this functionality get removed?

I currently only see the option for “Choose how far from the top of the content Digg Digg is initially placed” on the settings page.

I have a fixed header with a height of 76px and currently the floating bar is overlaying that when you scroll down the page. Is there any way to add a top offset for the Digg Digg floating bar when it changes to fixed position? I didn’t see any classes get added, so unfortunately I can’t do it that way.
