    in the article editing page when you choose new author or more than one author on mobile
    it doesn’t work (like there is no function)
    the same thing goes with adding new guest+

    same thing also with deleting the author (doesn’t work on mobile)
    unlike desktop is working fine!

    Hi @boodyahmed2001k,

    Have you tried a different browser on your mobile phone or a different device? Working on desktop but not on mobile makes me thing that your current browser might be blocking javascript (although that would affect other WP Dashboard functions too…).

    Please let us know.

    yes I have tried from different browsers and devices also, and still same thing

    it’s like as you said! It might block JavaScript but everything works fine in the page except the plugin functions ! That is so wierd

    I even tried to install it in other sites and same thing happened there !!

    update the case…
    now it stopped working on the desktop too
    cant add a new author to the article or delete or choose !!
    does it work by your side? please let me know because I tried on my site and many devices

    Did you check your browser’s console? Any javascript error there? Even if everything else is working fine, you could have a javascript error preventing our code to run.

    Yes, it is working on our testing server. Which plugins have all the sites you have tried our plugin on have in common?

    On any of the sites you have tested, would you be able to disable all the plugins but ours and check if the issue persists?

    I tried to use VPN and everything worked fine!!
    that is so weird, it’s like the JS code gets block as you said before
    I am from Egypt and this thing happens with my friends too in different places in our country!
    how can we solve it?

    Hmmm… could you please go to: Authors > Settings > Advanced and find the Performance pane. There, disable the option labeled as Load vendor assets from remote CDN and Save Settings. And if you have any cache, flush it. Does that make any difference? Is the issue gone?
