Choosing an option does nothing

  • Love the plug-in. I am guessing there is something in the Theme that may be causing this but I can’t seem to pin point the cause. The theme is called Homefront.

    Adding and removing sorting options works like a charm. The products simply do not sort once a choice has been made from the menu.

    Any ideas?

    Hey @paradox6ix! This is definitely a theme issue — looks like it may be overriding the shop output with a static template instead of one that obeys the sorting / query our plugin modifies, as the core WooCommerce sorting options don’t work either.

    Could you check if you see this with a default theme like Twenty Seventeen? If you don’t see the issue there, I’m afraid the theme will need to be updated to output the shop properly, so you’d want to get in touch with the theme developer to fix this issue.
