Choosing ASC or DESC for orderby in shortcode

I would like to order my team members by “name” (slug) alphabetically. But in your code you have hard-coded the orderby attribute. “title” and “menu-order” are ASC and everything else (including “name”) is DESC.

Outside of me modifying the plugin itself, I was wondering if you would be able to make this configurable in the shortcode.
