Choosing individual Social Sharing Buttons doesn't work, PART 2

  • Hi Daniel,

    The last update allows to choose which posts will show the Social Sharing Buttons, but it only lets you choose from the last 90 or so.

    I, for example, have 190 posts. So there’s no way I can choose from the other older 100. And I’m willing to make a lot more than that…

    Is it possible to show the full list? Or if there is a limitation in the number of posts shown in the list, could you make it show Page 1, Page 2, etc. of posts to choose from?

    I need to know if there is some way to manage posts individually. Clearly this isn’t working.

    Hi Goodvalley,

    We always had only the last 50 to choose from within these options and since version 3.05 I increased that to 100, but we can’t display all of them because of performance. If we load always all of them, then most time the site will crash and that’s why we have set a limit there.

    Ok, so I will have to cange the database registers.

    Could you tell me where to find them?

    On another note, you could do some sort of pagination instead of showing more than 50 or 100.

    Ok, if anyone is having the same problem, I think the file to edit is

    /wp-content/plugins/wpsocial-seo-pro/includes/admin/forms/social-buttons.php
