Choosing portoflio category

Yes I am looking for the same thing. Must have missed it. If at all possible I would like to provide a dropdown box or a checkbox so the person submitting the post can choose which category to post in. Thanks!!

I am also trying to create a dropdown of categories for the user to choose the category for their post and image, did you ever work out how to do this?
