Chose Articles for Slide Show?

    Hi,

    using your theme and want in the slide show on the start page I have chosen 5 Article to be shown.
    All of them are in one category.

    The 5 article which are shown are the newest/last 5 written articles.

    How can I change this? I want a random function for the slide show, so every article of the chosen category will be shown.
    Is this posible?

    In theme options you can choose to display posts from specific category in slider. I don’t know what you mean by random function.

    Hi Alex,

    an example:

    I have a cagetory called “car” with 15 articles.

    article 1
    article 2
    article 3
    article 4
    article 5
    …
    article 15

    Now I have chosen the category “car” in theme options to display posts from the category “car”.
    It works, the theme shows the newest 5 articles (article 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) on start page.

    But what I want is, that there are all of these articles are shown.

    If I visit the page now: article 1, 6, 8, 10, 12 are shown.
    Next day the acrticles 2, 3, 6, 8, 12 are shown.

    Do you know what I mean, by now?

    I understand now, but the slider doesn’t work that way.
