    Hi!

I can categorize images in different folders (which is sweet), but when I shall insert something on a web page or a blog post the folders that I’ve created are not available. All files are mixed together again. Is this how it’s supposed to be?

    Hi @lensv ,

    Thanks for using FileBird!

May I know which page editor you are using, please?

    Kind regards,

    Ohh,

I can see now that it seem to work as expected with the default editor. I’m using Elementor though, which don’t seem to pick up the FileBird folders ??

    Hi again!

Is it up to the other part (Elementor) to make this work as expected, or is it not possible at all to function together with other editors/plug-ins?

Would there be any risk that WordPress strict guidelines may force you to discontinue your software?

    Hi @lensv ,

Elementor does not have to fix anything, also that’s right, WordPress have a strict guideline that can force us to discontinue the tool on the platform is not followed.

But you could consider the pro-version as you need this to work with elementor.

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,

Just out of curiosity… Would your Pro version be more resilient to WordPress’ eventual restrictions than your free version?

    Hi there,

That’s right because our PRO version is not hosted in WordPress’s plugin repository, unlike the free version which is available there.

Any plugin hosted in the repository is bound by the terms and policies laid by WordPress, and violations could in fact lead to a complete deletion of such plugins.

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,
    -Bruce-
