Chosing custom taxonomy

I created a custom post type with custom taxonomies.
Now I’d like to have custom fields for this CPT only.

Easy as pie with custom field suite. I like it!

But here my question:

I’d like to make it possible to choose the custom taxonomy from within the cfs metabox as it would much more intuitive here.

Is there a way to do this?
