Chrome and Edge do not show the video but I can hear sound

    I recently upgraded to the latest version of the plug-in, but after that the videos (.mp4 files) on my website have had problems with Internet Explorer, Chrome and Edge: virtually instead of the movie there is a space black; audio, however, it is operating normally. In Firefox and Safari browsers, instead he sees and feels good.
    What can I do to fix it?
