    My Chrome auto-fill populates the checkout address fields automatically, but it does not result in the shipping rates appearing. Is there a way to make my this happen? A line of code perhaps?

    Please check google chrome autofill settings in browser and disable the option.
    I will not be able to help you on this as this is not my area of expertise.
