Affiliate Program Signup Form Not Redirecting or Registering in Chrome

    when I fill out the form and click submit, it just takes me back to that same page instead of the thank you page. Furthermore, it is not registering in the system that I signed up for the affiliate program. This email I used is not currently in the affiliate program. It is not working in the chrome browser. I have tried 2 different computers using the chrome browser and for neither of these did it work. When I tried it in Safari, it worked.

    Country is blocked so please use VPN to login.
