Chrome Checkout State/Province Drop down does not show

Awesome plugin. I’m a truewoo believer and will be buying your themes too. I don’t know how to post a picture here yet.
What I am experiencing is using the WooCommerce with Chrome Checkouts – https://nmracanada.ca/checkout -, the State/Province Dropdown selection box does not populate.

Haven’t been able to identify route cause.
