Chrome Desktop not loading website

    Hello there,

    My website is very fast!
    Unfortunately, on Chrome desktop the entire site origin hero image does not display until you refresh the browser. It is blank, no image no buttons.
    It does load on mobile Chrome.

    Can you please advise.

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
    I’ve visited your website, I can see that W3 Total Cache is enabled but I am not seeing any issues.
    Please check the screenshot.

    Yes it has been prevalent for some time. I cannot figure it out.
    Clear your cookies, reload browser. Upon first load, the website does not show the hero image or buttons on Chrome Desktop. (refreshing the browser will make it appear, but who is going to do that?) Again, it does load on mobile.
    Browsershot (dot org) reveals the same thing. Chrome Desktop does not load the top portion of the website.

    Thank you for the information.
    Is W3 Total Cache currently enabled? Because I still see that everything is loading properly. Tried both incognito and regular. Cleared browser cache and still seeing the entire website on the first load.
