Chrome on MAC Book Pro re-order not working

I have a client who is using a MAC Book Pro and the latest version of Chrome 43.0.2357.124 and the reorder of post is not working. However, on a PC using Chrome it does work. I have disabled all other plug-ins and tested and there is not change in the results.
