Chrome: There is a gap between the bottom of the field and the suggestions

I’m experiencing a bug in chrome 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit) where the bottom of the address field and the top of the suggested addresses have a large vertical gap between them. If I knew the css selector, I could target it, but I’m having trouble figuring it out.
