• I’m having an issue with a website that was working fine, the home page does not load when using Google chrome based web browsers, instead the browser creates a download file which is empty. Tried everything I can think of to resolve this, new SSL certificate, new htaccess, re-installed WordPress, re-saved permalinks and caching. The website can be accessed via any other page so I tried setting up a 301 redirect to a duplicate home page but the problem was still there so it seems to be related to the domain name itself.

The website is on a dedicated server, all other websites are functioning fine, even subdomains from this same domain name work correctly, I’ve also set the site up on a different server under a temporary domain name and again the site works works correctly.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If you tried that and the issue persists, there might be a problem in that particular folder. If the .htacces is the same as the other sites, might want to check other configuration (vhosts)

The original htaccess file was deleted from the server and a new one created but that didn’t fix it.

It’s looking like it could be a Plesk update is required on the server, apparently, there have been some issues with the PHP configurator in Plesk if that works I will post it here.
