I’ve just tested your domain on Chrome, Safari and Firefox and the behaviour is as expected on all of them.

I’m afraid we cannot guarantee the functioning of the software on all such ‘particular’ browsers. Just like with Brave for example, where no tracking is working at all and thus cookie banners do most often not work via that browser.

Of course we do our utmost best to constantly position our software in a way that allows it to be used by as many browsers as possible but the issue here is very likely caused by the browser itself and not our software.

Thanks for your answer, which is a little disappointing! Unfortunately the proposition for consent banner is not very versatile, so it seems I have to live with this issue. Not very satisfying!

Maybe you have an idea to overcome these problems with different browsers?

Usually issues with such browsers are that banners don’t’ show at all (Do Not Track settings in the browser), however this doesn’t seem to be the case. Instead, your cookie preferences do not seem to be stored after hitting accept. Perhaps this is a caching issue within your particular set up, so far we’ve not had any other reports that Chromium has any issues with our cookie banner.

However as I said before, we cannot guarantee the functioning on all various browsers, and on Firefox, Safari and Chrome your banner works flawlessly.

I’m afraid there is little else we could suggest.
