Church Suite Child WordPress Theme – Mobile Menu Not Displaying Sub Menus

  • Good morning,
    For my website, the sub menus in the main menu are not showing /displaying in MOBILE VIEW versions of the website (i.e. non-desktop versions of this site). This makes for a dissapointing navigation experience using mobile phones.
    Are you aware of any custom CSS code that will bring back the sub menus in mobile versions of the website (see for yourself) or do you know what is causing the issue?
    Is this a known issue with Church Suite Child WordPress ??

    I have attempted to deactivate all plug ins but that hasn’t resolved the issue nor do I see any problem in the widgets.

    Your help, comments and suggestions greatly appreciated.

    I doubt you have experience of the WordPress theme by Webnus but if you do let me know.

    Thank you Danielbora123 for the CSS code you have kindly sent through. I tried it and it made no difference so I’ve taken it back out.

    I doubt a lot of people will know about this problem from my research and I’m not sure this can be solved.

    Perhaps the developer Webnus maybe would know about the problem? Are they a large company and do you know perhaps if they have a contact number/email?

    I’m grateful for any suggestions as to what code/what would work to show the sub menus on this website in mobile formats.

    It’s strange the way Java operates (I assume this is a Javascript problem)

    Indeed this might be a JavaScript issue.

    Again you are right. The theme developers know best how to fix their theme.

    Also, this theme (Church Suite) is a commercial one. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so we would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Please go to their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
