Cinchpress Photo Rotator Runs Slow

  • HI folks. I appreciate your assistance. I have a site, https://leonardsipes.com, and I use Cinchpress.

    There are times when it takes 30 seconds to load the Cinchpress photo rotator. I’ve read the forums, Googled the problem and I took steps to lower the size of the photos but nothing seems to improve performance.

    The photo rotator has always loaded slow, but lately, it seems to be impossibly slow.

  • Sorry, you’re using a premium/paid theme. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.

    Hi singdogtech: Thanks for the reply.

    Seems unfair, Cinchpress only provides a year of free support and I’ve had lots of WP forum support in the past.

    If I can’t find support here, that means that I will have to pay to get it.

    It’s not unfair; these are WordPress forums for WordPress-made themes. Cinchpress is not affiliated with WordPress. With any premium theme or plugin, you have to pay to play.
