    Hello,
    How to add shpiing rates by capital city and other country ?

    WooCommerce -> Settings -> General
    There is set my Country Latvija – It’s done.

    WooCommerce – > Settings -> Delivery

    I have add two zones : capital city and country.
    When I click edit capital city at the zone region there are no cities available.
    shows this message:
    select regions in this area – > I type Rīga…. -> no matches found
