    Hi,

    When members take actions and the points keep on getting accumulated, what are the options for how these points can be redeemed and can the user pick how many they want to redeem?

    For example) I have 150 points in my account. I’m only seeing 2 options to cash them in.
    1) to buy stuff at the store and use points to discount the price
    2) for coupons
    Are there any other ways??

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I think your question is related to our Gratisfaction app as the point redemption feature pertains to Gratisfaction.
    In Gratisfaction, customers can either redeem their points balance against the ‘Loyalty Rewards’ that have been set up by you or ‘Pay with points’ directly at the checkout (available in WooCommerce version).

    Loyalty Rewards can be a ‘Discount Coupon Code’ which can be used again to purchase from your store or ‘FREE exclusive products’ or even ‘Perks & Experiences’ as you set it up.
    Currently ‘user is unable to pick how many they want to redeem’. However, We are constantly working on product enhancements
