    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. We are looking into it.

Could you please check if the problem is still happening with the previous version of the plugin?

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

Thank you for your response, I am using the latest version of the plugin and the issue is still there. How to roll back to previous version? I need this done ASAP as my posts are being delayed.

    Thanks!

First download the previous version from here: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/pinterest-for-woocommerce.1.3.15.zip

Next in your WordPress admin panel go to:

Plugins -> Add New Plugin. Click Upload Plugin button located at the top of the screen. Click Choose file and select the plugin zip that you have downloaded. Next click Install now.

A dialog will be shown that will warn you that you are installing an older version of the plugin. Click Replace Current with uploaded.

    That should be it.

Please retry the connection procedure. In case this will not help please contact us again. We will try to find a solution.

    Best Regards,

    Hi @saniat,

Are you getting any errors, or is it just stuck? Are you familiar with using the browser console to debug errors? Would it be possible to try the verification again and share a screenshot of the errors from the browser console?

We look forward to hearing back from you as soon as possible.
