Clarity Not Showing Any Text in Recordings

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve been using Clarity for years without issues, but ever since I installed it on my new website three months ago, all recorded sessions show no text at all—everything is hidden. I’ve tried adjusting the masking settings, but it hasn’t made any difference (evenb if I wait hours or days).

    Does anyone know what might be causing this? It seems like something else is preventing the text from appearing. Any help would be greatly appreciated! (I know this is not retroactive).
