    Hi there,

Do you guys have any know issues with your plugin conflicting with the Gravity Forms plugin and in particular the PayPal Standard Add-on?

We have your plugin installed at https://www.ldpt.co.uk in order to sell simple loyalty cards, whilst also using Gravity Forms for different purposes. When a client purchases one of the loyalty cards, instead of receiving the WP Simple PayPal Shopping Cart email, they are instead receiving the email linked to one of the Gravity Forms. This has happened on several occasions.

There therefore seems to be conflict between the automatic email responders for your plugin and Gravity Forms. Is this a known issue?

    Best,

    Robbie

Hi an you enable debug mode and after another transaction can you check the log file.

The PayPal IPN of the simple cart checkout is sent to a specific URL on your site. The idea is that this plugin will read that IPN from that URL. However, I think the Gravity form’s PayPal addon is just reading any and all IPN that are coming to your site.

If you enable the debug option as suggested by mbrsolution, we will be able to see if this plugin is ever receiving the IPN message or not.

Many thanks for getting back to me. I have enabled the debug mode and will get back to you once another transaction has been processed.

    Cheers!
