clash with Woocommerce Product Bundles (official)

Hi,

We have been using your plugin for a while with Woocommerce Product Bundles also on the website. These are not used for the same products.
Sometime over the last week, the Product Bundle pricing at cart has been giving wrong cart totals (more than doubling what they should be).
This resolves when we deactivate your plugin.
Do you have any idea why this might be?
