• I performed an update to the latest version of NextGen and stared receiving this message when trying to access my admin section (which is completely crashed now). I followed some tips including installing the latest beta, but the same issue occurs.

[17-Jan-2015 00:48:17 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘A_NextGen_Pro_Upgrade_Page’ not found in [PATH]\wp-content\plugins\nextgen-gallery\pope\lib\class.extensibleobject.php on line 302

Any ideas on how to get around this? The gallery is functioning fine on the frontend of the site, just the admin is broken. Thanks in advance.

Oddly, I am now getting the following: [17-Jan-2015 01:34:45 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class C_Gallery_Display_Installer in [PATH]\wp-content\plugins\nextgen-gallery\products\photocrati_nextgen\modules\nextgen_gallery_display\class.gallery_display_installer.php on line 4

I am not sure what I did to trigger that, but the plugin is now no longer working on the front end

@jungalist – You may need to deactivate all of your plugin (possibly via FTP) and then reactivate them one at a time (starting with NextGEN Gallery) to see if there is a conflict with another plugin (possibly a third-party extension).

    Thanks!
