    Hi @javadev
    Please try removing the plugin directory (wp-content/plugins/backwpup) and manually install it by download latest version here: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/backwpup.3.6.10.zip
    Then from your site dashboard -> plugins -> add new -> upload the downloaded archive.
    It should works!

    Thank you for workaround. But update inside wordpress is not working.

    Sorry about the delayed response, I still believe there are files/directories missing there, so that why AWS library was not loaded and you got a fatal error.
    Could you please manually install the plugin as I said before or using FTP to upload?

    I updated plugin manual. It helped.

    When I tried to download saved backup zip archive – nothing happened.

    Also, could you please give me your server info(BackWPUp -> Settings -> Infomation tab)
