  • We were already on 3.0.5 for a few days before updating woocommerce to 7.4.0 (from 7.3.x) and immediately the site crashed with that same error.

To recover we had to rename the klarna plugin (couldn’t deactivate using wp cli, any attempt to would keep throwing that KP_API error), then rename it back and reactivate it

    Hi @clarkedesign @embercide

Does it work if you rollback to the KP version 2.12.1?
You can use the WP-rollback plugin to do this easily.

Would it be possible to email us on our?[email protected]?with logs from your store from when the problem happened as those should not be posted here because of sensitive information. That way we can see if we can find what caused this?

The logs we would need can be found under WooCommerce->Status->Logs and then grab the logs from Klarna Payments.

In the meantime I suggest that you rollback to the version it worked with earlier.

    Hi @clarkedesign @embercide

We haven’t been able to re-create this scenario. It sounds like the update of the plugin didn’t complete correctly. Did you use the regular WP plugin update or manually installed it?

Is your site running now as it should?

When updating the plugin it seems that something in the update process in WordPress did not work as expected so all files did not get installed properly.

The easiest fix is to delete the plugin and re-install it again from www.ads-software.com. This seems to have worked perfect in these cases.?
