Is there something like a conditional tag to detect if classic editor is activate for a specific post_type?

Not “a conditional tag” but there is a filter to force the settings that can probably be used to enforce the editor for each post type. See https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/browser/classic-editor/trunk/classic-editor.php#L94.
Also thinking to add another filter (or two) so plugins can override the editor choice, let me know what would work best for you ??
