    Hello!
Yesterday I upgraded my WP version and now I’m getting lots of error messages in my back end. Lots of my plugins no longer are compatible with ClassicPress, which I don’t really know what that is. My woo commerce store has disappeared too because that was incompatible with classic press. Does anyone know how to help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @scott888 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Yesterday I upgraded my WP version and now I’m getting lots of error messages in my back end.

Can you please share with us the error messages you are seeing on your end by pasting them here?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, which will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Hello, I cannot give you the status report because woocommerce is no longer on my site. It got removed when I upgraded Installetron on my webhost Cpanel. The error messages I refer to are when I go to the plugins pages (add new) and many of the plugins that are on my site, including woo, say that they are not compatible with Classic Press.

    Hi @scott888

The error messages I refer to are when I go to the plugins pages (add new) and many of the plugins that are on my site, including woo, say that they are not compatible with Classic Press.

I’m not familiar with Classic Press, but if it’s a plugin that’s not compatible with other plugins installed on your site, I’d fist check if Classic Press is up to date.

If the error messages persist, I’d recommend reaching out to the plugin developer directly for further assistance.
