• Works ok with a dated UI. But it core features, capturing form entries, is premium, which you don’t find out until you install the plugin. This isn’t a freemium-premium plugin, it’s trashware.

Meaning it belongs in the trash; I wasted 15 minutes of my life on it, don’t do the same

  • agreed! Too Expensive… they want $238 so you can export your form data collected to a CSV. See my 1 star review “Too expensive”.

    Hey @rokwan,

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback about WPForms!

I apologize for any confusion between the features included with WPForms Lite and the paid version of WPForms.

Because entries are not stored in WPForms Lite, they will not be available even when you upgrade to the paid version. This is a restriction set by www.ads-software.com — plugins aren’t allowed to ‘unlock’ content such as entry data in a paid version in this way. So, only the entries that are submitted after the paid version has been activated will get stored and accessible in the backend.

We’re not looking to mislead anybody when it comes to the Entries feature in WPForms. Do you have any suggestions about how we can make this clearer? In case it helps, we do mention that entries aren’t stored in WPForms Lite on the Entries page for the free version here.

I’d also love to pass any feedback about our UI to the rest of the team so when you have a moment could you share some more details about that?

I apologize again for any trouble here!

    Thanks!
