classified ads plugin

  • I am in need of a classified ads plugin that is WP_4.6.1 compatible
    In the process of building a buying and selling site.

    Explanation of the web site
    It will be free to view and search all posted ads and contact the person who posted the ad. but to post an ad that you wish to sell you will have to register for site membership.
    For posting your own ad as a member you can add pictures(limited size), description, price and you contact information.
    Once the ad is created it will then submitted for approval and paid thru SSL secured payment for a small fee.
    What is the best and most secure classified ads plugin to use, premium plugin, data base back up for all posts, ads and membership payment transaction and more.
