Hi, when trying to edit or use the Classified plugin in the WordPress backend, we’re getting an alert message and Out of memory error (attached). How can this be fixed?

    2) How to edit classifieds shortcode? We see the shortcode added in the elementor page, but no visible way to edit the shortcode itself of the Classifieds plugin page. Any help is appreciated.

    – The above issue may be due to low?memory. Kindly contact your hosting and increase your?memory?limit to fix it. Kindly refer?https://techpp.com/2009/07/10/how-to-fix-php-fatal-error-out-of-memory/

    – Actually, you need to check this with the Elementor plugin where you will have to edit content added to it.

    Thanks

Hi, thanks for your quick reply! So we spoke with Elementor about the second issue on editing the shortcode and they said this:

“Hi, Thank you for the reply.

The plugin you are using is a shortcode builder, so they [Classifieds plugin creator] should be able to assist you. The shortcodes generated through Elementor for templates and such are default and cannot be changed with our native settings.

Accessing to the directory is usually available through a file manager or your hosting server FTP. That plugin is not our own, so I cannot direct you within their system, you should contact them and ask which file you need to access to edit the shortcodes of that plugin.

    My apologies for the inconvenience.

I will close this ticket for now, until you contact them so you won’t get notifications, if you have any further information you can reply to this thread and the ticket will reopen. – Tal”
