    Hi,
For some reason the shortcode [yeemail_set_password_url] does not show a link in the sent email.
I tried to reinstall the plugin, but the changes made to the template keep reappearing.

Are there (hidden) files stored in the database?
Normally after plugin removal all files related to the plugin are also removed.
I just want to make a “clean-install”of the plugin.

    Can you help me please…

    Thanks in advance
    Tess

    Hello,

You can click reset default in the template ( https://tinyurl.com/29qvscke ).

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for the reset solution.
    However…
The original core WordPress mail shows a reset link for password.
It is ugly, but it contains a link.

The Yeemail shows the proper “reset password text”, but no link.

    Password Reset Request

    Hi Tess,

Someone has requested a new password for the following account on xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxx:

    Username: [email protected]

If you didn’t make this request, just ignore this email. If you’d like to proceed:
(no reset link is shown here)
    Thanks for reading.
