    I created a Fluent Form Contact form for customers to add themselves to a membership programme.

    However, when trailing it it has come up with a error Message

    “*** Forbidden. Your request has been detected as spam ***

    I contacted the plugin developer and they have said that Cleantalk i stopping this. They recommended stopping the plugin, which I don’t want to do.

    Is there another way?

    Many Thanks

    Jon

    Hello @trout458.

    I’ve analyzed the requests in your Anti-Spam logs. Sometimes some visitor’s parameters are transmitted incorrectly by our plugin. This may cause false positives. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I have temporarily changed the filtering settings in our cloud for your site. There should be no more false positives, but it will also increase the chance of spam skipping. The changes will take effect within an hour.

    Please do the following:

    1. WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
      → set the “Set cookies” option to “Auto”;
      → set the “Use CleanTalk JavaScript library” option to “On”;
      → Save Changes.
    2. Set the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours. Then clear all the cache on your website.

    After that, write to us, we will test and check.
