I’m the author but also a user of Lazy Load Control For Elementor.

I think this plugin offers a clean way to remove the lazy load from specific images in Elementor.

By removing the lazy load from the image that appear in the viewport you can dramatically improve the LCP.

If you do it via code next time you change image you need to check your code and change it. With this plugin the maintenance is easier, and it’s extremely lightweight.

    I love it ??

  • Jose, I have been trying to get your plugin to work for a week but it doesn’t save the change. I click on the image, select Do Not Lazy Load and then Update the page but it doesn’t work. Do you think it could be a conflict with another plugin?

    Hi @wellzy

is it possible for you to open a thread on the support forum?

I will answer you here, but if you still have issues it would be better to continue on a dedicated thread.

It may be a conflict with another plugin, or with your theme. This is something that works on my testing installations, and also for other users.

    I suggest you:

    • Go to the page where you want to save the Lazyload attribute
    • Right-click
    • Click on Inspect
    • Click on Console
    • Select “Do not lazy load”
    • Update the page

Do you see any red errors? If so, please open a thread and share the errors.

You can also disable all the other plugins but Elementor and Lazy Load Control For Elementor with Editor Cleanup For Elementor and Freesoul Deactivate Plugins.

    I hope it helps

    Have a great day!

    Jose
