• This is a strange one – I’ve just installed a clean WP site at https://zebidoo.com and it loads fine on all browsers, including Safari on an iPad (as it should).

    Then I install Woocommerce 2.0.13 and it loads fine on all browsers EXCEPT the iPad, where it just hangs. However, hit refresh and it loads quite quickly. But clear the Safari cache and it happens again.

    My concern is for new visitors to our site, who will predominantly be on tablets, etc. I’ve reinstalled WP multiple times, looking for theme/plugin/permalink issues, etc. but it seems to all boil down to Woocommerce & Safari.

    Any ideas? (the site is up and live with the issue there)

    Is it possible this could have something to do with one host versus another, as I’ve just checked other Woocommerce sites I’ve built on other servers and they don’t have this issue. However, I have no idea how to troubleshoot what it is that’s causing the issue beyond what I’ve done.

    I have the same issue. I ended up deleting and re-installing WooCommerce in my not-favorite browser IE. Eventually it worked on PC but not on iPhone and iPad. Adding to cart from the products page and checkout hangs.

    Did you try to disable AJAX on the wC settings > catalogue tab?
