Cleaned virus – now WP uninstalled?

    Hi, tragic event today. Hosting found virus on my account and cleaned them, quarantined others. However one of the websites now opens at step 1 of installing WP manually, and not at the content.

    I’m freaking out. Is there a way to recover and rebuild a website from a FTP download of files?
