Cleaning up the 'options' table ?

  • I noticed there are quite a few rows in the options table that do not seem relevant to my site. We don’t run any feeds, yet there are quite a few records in the options table that begin with ..

    _transient_feed_
    _site_transient_browser_
    _site_transient_timeout_browser_

    etc,etc. Is there a clean/clear method of removing these rows without it having any impact on the database or the WP system ?
