Cleaning wordrpess multisite

Hey there,

I recently tried to clean up my WordPress install in the hope to speed things up. So I used two plugins “Advanced Database cleaner” and “Plugin Garbage Collector”.

I Have 5 sites running on My self hosted multisite install. After activating and running the plugins I found that the network site which has all my site Urls was not accessible.

Hence I rolled up to my backup and things are fine now.

As I mentioned that the sites broke and had issues. So I restored a backup, this backup method worked for me on a single WordPress install but not on multisite.

I do wish to remove garbage data from my site, do let me know how can this be done on a multisite setup.
