    Hi,

    we were late in paying the renewal for a few days since we didn’t receive the reminder email. After reactivating, we found out that some sites are still deactivated even though its renewed. We have to go through one by one for this process. Is there a way we can have it all come back online without going thru sites one by one in cleantalk panel?

    The plugin need some time to check if the licence was renewed or not. Usually it takes about an hour.

    SergeM, we renewed it like 3 days ago but some of our sites still don’t block the spam. When I click into it, they show that the plugin was deactivated.

    What I did to fix this issue was to delete the domain from cleantalk portal and then add the same domain back. I got a new key for this, then I updated the cleantalk plugin with the new key and it started to work.

    This we have to do for a few of our domains.

    What I want to do was, if we have to do anything else? Why doesn’t cleantalk just reactivate it back? Is this the only way to fix this?
